are without a doubt - payed off to destroy this brilliant family owned aus company. starting to use the urban brew pods, my machine stopped working. After contacting Nespresso, they stated that their machine is not compatible with any other pods despite what other suppliers may say on their website.

If you read the terms and conditions on the website, Urban Brew say the information provided is inaccurate and you need do your own research into the compatibility of their product. It's just misleading information and has cost me nearly $500 to get a new machine.

successfully cut them without shattering so you end up with lots of bits. It looks like the line they create for breaking off isn't deep enough (like other brands) to get a clean break no matter who you try it. I would give 5 stars except for this.
