the whole process. Ordering on line was simple. Then Jenny came into my life with a series of emails - confirming my order, arranging the delivery date, updating me on the delivery drivers name and his whereabouts (I was 13th on the list from memory) and then checking that all was ok with the delivery. Complete customer service! The delivery guys (Rimon and friend) were polite, efficient and super quick (some assembly was required)…as well as neat and tidy. Very happy with my armchair sofa bed and possibly more happy with the service I received.

shower that was fully rebuilt, multiple return visits required when the work was not completed correctly and within 3 months of completion the mould stain in the attached photo was evident. Another shower base in the same house was done as a preventative measure (had never leaked) and nothing but issues, perimeter seal degraded and leaked ($400 to replace a job previously paid for within the 7 year warranty!) floor product cracking after 5 months of use and again blamed everything accept the product, now wanting us to pay for a total base rebuild. A Sydney property had the local franchisee return 4 times to get a shower leak around a screen to stop after paying for floor and wall redo’s. Every one of my 7 showers done by Megaseal have been issues with products failed, cracking of products inside warranty period and never their product warranty has been accepted, with 4 of them refusing any responsibility. If it was once or twice I’d think ok, but it seems to be the Megaseal way of absolving themselves of product warranty, every return visit for jobs done is to get more money for issues created that didn’t exist before they did the job originally.

I’m at the stage of not trusting their products at all now as they refuse to do warranty repairs, finding multiple excuses with reasons why they can do something different that always costs additional, but never saying at initial application that something else needs to be done to make it work. It is like every job is an opportunity to value add by coming back multiple times and upselling each visit. Franchisees are great people, but the products seem to be nowhere near as good as the claimed warranty, and why bother pushing soo hard the benefits of a warranty when 99% of issues are claimed to be not warranty covered.

Wonderful customer service by patrick who went above and beyond to get our system installed. He was very attentive and explained everything clearly.

delivery but had a fantastic customer service lady Helen who sped up the order and was following and checking in with me every week. A part was damaged during transit and she got that replacement part sent back out straight away no Charge. Helen went above and beyond and made the experience excellent. Thanks Helen.

give Luxo Living a try. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The couches I received are of very poor quality — they look cheap and are certainly not what was advertised. The website presents the brand as stylish and high-quality, but the reality is far from it. The items feel more like discount-store stock than quality furniture.

Luxo Living’s “30-day money-back guarantee” is highly misleading. To return an item, customers are required to repackage the product and pay out of pocket to ship it back to their interstate warehouse — at a cost of over $200. This policy effectively discourages returns and leaves customers stuck with unsatisfactory items.

Customer service was unhelpful and offered no meaningful resolution beyond repeating the return process requirements.

I regret this purchase and would caution others: don’t be misled by the professional appearance of their website. It does not reflect the true quality of their products or their customer service.

replace the entire unit, and I'm grateful the option exists. That said, the replacement third-party light unit while effective as a similar light source to the original doesn't fit the available mounting screw holes properly. I was only able to put in 1 screw out of 3 as the other 2 holes don't line up well enough, and mounting tape was used instead. Thankfully the light unit is light enough no pun intended, so that's a minimal issue.

wanted at another place but went for a look anyway upon enterering sleepys we where greeted by reece a very profesional and polite gentleman we only wanted to look at the adjustable beds but after his insight and information about how it might be able to help with my back problems we ended up purchasing a complete setup. It was because of not only a fantasic setup that the bed is but the way in which the salesman reece conducted himself by not being pushy like 90% of them are and his knowledge of every aspect of the product and why and how the product works in conjuction with how you sleep. In short i suppose i cant recconmend sleepys enough they are extremly freindly professional and knoledgeable and also stock top end products at a resonable price so if your looking for a great price bed in a frendly environment do yoirself a favour and drop into sleepys
