disappointed to find it damaged on one corner with pages turned back. My brand new book already ruined. I was hoping to get it signed by the author in May in Brisbane. Gutted that I have to present a damaged book….yes it was in a cardboard sleeve, but it was far too big for the book ….needed bubble wrap before carefully placing it in the box. We loved opting for removal of old/previous white good --really great to have that taken care of so I didnt have to try and organise something. Our house is small, ground floor, quiet street, very easy to access. The area of our home by the delivery team was minimal and I did not find them invase at all, on the contrary I found them very respectful toward us and of our home.

falling apart all over. Step one refuses to believe it’s a warranty issue and will only once out of courtesy replace just one pair. I have had briefs from k-mart at a fraction of the cost and last me 3-4 years before falling apart. This is bad business.
