quality. As for everything else though, it's leaving alot to be desired. Their prices have gone up, they entice you with their points program but it's super restrictive. You see that you qualify for a free gift as you're shopping but when you go to the checkout and use some of your points, it ends up charging you for the "free gift" instead. You may have enough points to apply multiple discounts but then they only allow you to apply one. And if you activate your points to use as a discount, they'll have an expiry of 6 months, so make sure you dont activate 2 by accident. I've had previously dealings with their customer service, which wasn't exactly a positive experience from the get go. I got what I was chasing in the end, but not until after I had to have many communications with a different levels of staff.

All in all, the product is good. I'm just not sure whether their loyalty program is worth the hassle, or the discount.

12 months (2 year warranty provided). It took another 4 months to just get the pool cleaner back to Robot My Life (in VIC), then after 5 weeks I was told that the company had gone bust and Best Pool Supplies offered either a replacement or full refund, which was in my bank account before the end of the week. Highly recommend Best Pool Supplies and they will be my first stop for any other pool supplies.

As per my previous review, We had our leather Delaware sofa replaced 3 times and finally we got a good one with smooth leather. Thanks to Aftecare.

The sofa is comfy, great quality and easy to assemble. Love the high legs, my vacuum goes under no worries and the dog loves it too.
