I’ve been using venom protein for years, specifically the “muscle gainer” protein, I’ve tried other products in the past but keep reverting back Venom protein, it’s a fair price for an excellent product. Highly recommended.

The Kobo Libra arrived within days of ordering. Well and good protected packaging. Turned on straight away and downloaded my Kobo account to the new reader. Nice to be able to read in bed without turning the lights on.

single sofa was reduced by over $1k. With still over month for delivery I brought this up with salesman to be told they only give 2 days to price match but write a letter/email to management and they will review. Over a month later no responses and when I followed up for someone to review my email, received extremely rude customer service said No No No and stop wasting my time. I didn’t realise buying $12k of furniture was wasting time. I have never experienced such rude arrogant customer service. I believe their sales pricing and salesman conduct misleads consumers. On delivery of furniture they left 5 massive thick boxes and packaging all over driveway which are hard to break down… they did demand over $70 to remove. On delivery of leather furniture it has taken over 1 month to remove the toxic chemical smell from furniture with all doors and windows open. My wife who suffers allergies could not stay in the same room as furniture. It makes you wonder what chemicals are used on their products as on a subsequent delivery the driver told he heard reports of customers being told to put sofas outside while they degassed from chemicals. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend Nick Scali to anyone.

Good for 15 wears and then they just give up. Elastic and material just goes. If you can afford $2 a wear go for it but if you think you will get alot of wear out of them look away.

The store would not answer their phones, communication was cold and impersonal, and after waiting TWELVE WEEKS for delivery, we were treated like an inconvenience instead of valued customers. To make matters worse, the delivery team sent abrupt automated-style messages demanding payment immediately or “no delivery” — not exactly the kind of communication you expect after spending thousands on furniture. We were specifically told we would receive a text message with delivery times between 4pm and 5pm, and if we didn’t receive it we could call because they were “open until 5:30pm WA time.” No message ever arrived. When we called for assistance at 5:01pm, they had already closed. After finally receiving the THREE couches, one arrived with a faulty headrest that failed the very first time it was tested. A brand-new couch should work on day one, not require a service call immediately after delivery. To have the fault inspected, a service appointment was arranged. I took a full day off work, losing income so I could be at home for the technician. On the morning of the appointment, the company cancelled. No consideration whatsoever for the inconvenience or financial loss caused. Adding insult to injury, I had already taken a day off work for the original delivery as well. Between the delivery, the faulty furniture, the cancelled appointment, the unanswered phones, and the endless waiting, this has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences we have ever encountered. No accountability. No customer care. No flexibility. Just excuses and impersonal service the entire way through. Buying furniture should be an exciting experience, not a stressful and frustrating ordeal. We will never purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend others think twice before handing over their money.

Plumbing/Prestigious Plumbing scammed me and have since dlisappeared. Got a RACV membership plumber quote of $380 first hour and requesting a deposit..another plumber scaming pensioners. That almost $1000 Plumbing labourers for $15 rubber ring. I am putting towels on the floor..I cant trust these trades people l.

Terrible service, delays, absolutely no support you would expect from an accountant. Did not answer my questions, or explain any of the actions they took. They used to be good but I can now only warn people to not use them.

Amazing delivery from Ray and Shayne! Very helpful and efficient
